15 things to consider when buying a home
On this episode of Practical Pam embedded below, I interview Rachel Powell Roop who shares with us 15 things to consider when buying a home.
For Rachel, ‘Love where you live’ is more than just her residential goal for all clients. It’s about digging deeper and establishing community. Finding what drives you and evaluating your needs to then connect you to where your ideal lifestyle may unfold. As an Atlanta native, she has spent over 30+ years living in and loving the City of Atlanta. She grew up in DeKalb County where she attended Lakeside High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University. She returned to Atlanta in 2013 unsure of what career path to follow. A friend introduced her to one of the top-producing Realtors of Atlanta and given the proposal of a career focused on her favorite city and helping people, she immediately fell in love. Fast-forward to 2019, she has since facilitated over 100+ transactions, working on both sides of the closing table. She is humbled that she has consistently received the honor of Top 10 Individual Agent in her market center and has done so with being a 100% referral-based business. She attributes much of her success to always advocating for her clients to negotiate the best results possible. She is very passionate about her community and loves giving back where she can. Hence the love where you live! From the first-time home buyer to the seasoned seller the ultimate goal is to deliver a positive experience for all parties involved and to develop relationships that surpass the closing table.
