Yewande O’Neal is passionate about Jesus Christ, family and people. Her life verse is Matthew 6:33 – Seek 1st the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything else will be added to it. She has seen this verse active and transformative in her life. She has spent over 14 years working in various fortune 500 companies. She earned numerous awards and certifications, including achieving Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. During her time in Corporate America she became an Executive General Manager and led a global organization of over 300 employees across various countries and continents. She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Teacher and Coach. She loves to serve in her church in various capacity, mainly prayer and young adults and in the community through outreach. In 2016, Yewande founded Women of Kairos Non–Profit, Inc. An organization focused on helping women move into their purpose. Yewande holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She was born in Nigeria, grew up in DC/MD, lived all over the US and is married to her love, Elvin.
